Store & Shipping Policies

  • At Fat Butter, our big cooperation is ran by just two people, for now (crazy right?). That means we don't ship everyday. Not only because we aren't able to bake every day but we aim to get your goods in transit on the best day to avoid any weekend delays (we don't want your cookies sitting in the post office when you should be enjoying them!).
  • We ship within 2-3 days once your order is placed! Sometimes it's even faster! 
  • If you ever need to receive your cookies by a specific day, please email us to see if we can make that accommodation. This would incur an additional charge. info@fatbuttercookies.com 
  • We properly pack and cushion your cookies in our shipping box but we can't control how the carrier handles the package. However, we rarely get any feedback that our cookies have arrived in an unsatisfactory state from our customers. However in these instances, we don’t offer refunds.
  • We are also not responsible for packages that can’t be delivered due to incorrect addresses. Please ensure that all details of your shipping address is correct and not missing before finagling your order.
  • If there is a problem when your order, we must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to try and resolve.
  • Also we know you probably know this already but there are no refunds on any orders because we sell perishable items.
  • Feel free to reach out to us if you ever have any questions regarding the delivery of your order and we will step away from the oven to take care of you!
